I am sure you have heard many things and read some information on the updated guidelines that the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) has introduced.

Basically these new guidelines pertain to the use of testimonials, endorsements and how marketers advertise end results.  These guidelines will help the honest marketer and hopefully weed out the scam artists and deceptive marketers.
